石友国

简介:

男,河南新县人,
1998年和2001年分别本科和硕士毕业于河南师范大学化学与环境科学学院,专业,物理化学

2006年5月,中国科学院物理研究所,凝聚态物理专业,博士学位

2006年9月至2010年8月,日本国立材料研究所(NIMS)博士后

2010年9月获中国科学院物理研究所资助并回国工作,加入极端条件物理实验室Ex1组

2014年5月中国科学院物理研究所科技新人奖,同年12月被评为博士生导师

2016年8月,物理研究所研究员

2019年4月,成立极端条件物理实验室EX10组,并担任组长(详情见组主页:http://ex10.iphy.ac.cn/

2020年10月,课题组整体搬迁至怀柔,并更名为怀柔材料基因组平台HM-01组



主要研究方向:
物理学和材料学(凝聚态物理):
1. 新材料探索: 探索过渡金属化合物和氧化物新材料,制备高质量的多晶或单晶样品,研究它们的结构和物性以及之间的关联,期望发现新物相和新的奇异物性。主要有以下几个方面:
(1)超导新材料探索;(2)重费米子新材料探索;(3)阻错磁体材料探索;(4)锇体系氧化物新材料探索
2. 功能材料单晶生长:如拓扑绝缘体材料、超导、电荷或轨道有序、金属-绝缘体相变等具有奇异物性的功能材料单晶生长,探索和研究这些热点材料的非常规性和奇异物性电子态行为;并为其他课题组物性测试提供素材,加强国内国际合作。


 

过去的主要工作及获得的成果:

自2004年来在SCI学术期刊共发表论文320余篇,总引用1万多次,H因子50。包括Nature, Nat. Mater.,Sci. Adv., Phys. Rev. lett., J. Am. Chem. Soc., PNAS, Phys. Rev. B, Inorg. Chem.等。同时为了满足验证理论预言和物性测试需求,制备了大量功能材料单晶,为国内外100多个知名课题组提供了高质量单晶材料,进行广泛国内外合作。

在新材料探索方面,成功制备了LiOsO3新材料,发现了其‘铁电金属’物性(Nat. Mater. 2013)。单晶生长方面,与理论计算和物性测试课题组合作,在MoP晶体中实验室观测到了三重简并费米子(Nature 2017),该成果获得2017年度十大科学进展等。
