过去的主要工作及获得的成果: 主要研究了基于半导体量子点的单光子光源并实现了‘即插即用’单光子源器件;单量子态的操控及其初始化,多量子点之间的量子耦合以及量子比特的扩展;基于二维电子气晶体管的可光子数分辨的光子计数器;单量子和光子晶体微腔的强耦合体系;二维电子气中的自旋霍尔效应;低微纳米线的低温传输和量子阱中载流子的自旋动力学等。已经在Nature Physics, Physical Review Letters/Applied/B, Nano Letters, ACS Nano/Photonics, Small, Applied Physics Letters, New Journal of Physics等杂志发表文章70篇, 获得欧洲专利3项。
