全保刚

简介:
于2006年于中国科学院物理研究所获理学博士学位,2006年至2008年在国家纳米科学中心做博士后研究,出站后在国家纳米科学中心纳米加工技术实验室工作。2010年赴法国国家健康与医学研究院(INSERM)作访问研究。2011年至今在中国科学院物理研究所工作。

主要研究方向:
目前主要从事微纳米结构、功能材料、微纳光学与能源器件性能研究。

过去的主要工作及获得的成果:

主持完成国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、中国科学院仪器设备功能开发技术创新项目各一项。截止2021年已在Nature Communications, Physics Review Letters, Advanced Functional Materials, Advanced Energy Materials, Applied Physics Letters等国际刊物上发表文章70余篇,合作撰写微纳米加工技术方面专著1章,申请国家发明专利22项,其中17项专利获得授权。
