主要研究方向为“量子材料的超快光谱学”,研究超导体、强关联体系、拓扑量子态等固体的超快光谱和超快动力学,为光与凝聚态物质相互作用的前沿方向之一,包括:(1)准粒子激发态的超快动力学;(2)高压超快光谱和超快动力学;(3)玻色型低能元激发的相干态;(4)超快激光诱导电子相干性及调控量子态;(5)低温强磁场条件下的相变研究;(6)SSPM及SHG等非线性光谱;(7)时间分辨THz超快光谱学;等等。
(1)研究了单层FeSe、(Li0.84Fe0.16)OHFe0.98Se、Fe1.01Se0.2Te0.8、Fe1.05Se0.2Te0.8等铁基高温超导体的激发态超快动力学。实验观测了电-声耦合强度。发现了铁基超导体超导转变温度与其电-声子耦合强度的正相关。
(2)提出并实现了“在线原位的高压超快pump-probe光谱”的仪器研制,从技术和标准两个层面做出了贡献,利用该仪器实现了对超快动力学幅值和寿命的精确观测,并籍此发现了压强诱导的声子瓶颈效应,推动了高压超快动力学这个新领域的发展。
(3)研究了磁性Weyl半金属、Dirac半金属、非磁性外尔半金属、三重简并半金属、节线拓扑绝缘体等拓扑材料的激发态超快动力学。观测到spin-polarized gap、拓扑相变、Weyl Node Annihilation证据、拓扑特性引起的声子瓶颈效应等。
(4)实现了量子材料中激光诱导的电子相干性。首次提出并实现了基于SSPM的全光开关。
(5)在超导体、拓扑材料、强关联体系中观测了相干态声子的产生和探测,形成了系列特色研究。
(6)发现并深入研究了固体的光致发声(音频)现象;观测到固体里的Stark效应;观测到双电荷序的存在。
