(1)锰氧化物庞磁电阻效应是科学界极为关注重要物理效应。我们首先发现庞磁电阻体系中多个电/磁相共存,揭示了相分离和庞磁电阻效应之间的密切关联。相分离的普遍性现已为实验所证实并成为理解庞磁电阻效应的关键。
(2)p-n 结是半导体电子技术的基础。我们利用磁性氧化物构成了特殊的氧化物 p-n 结,其整流特性行为受磁场调控,为微电子物理技术的研究拓展了新空间。
(3)利用磁性氧化物界面多种物理序之间的关联,成功地在两个绝缘体界面实现了金属导电以及自旋取向的调控,为关联氧化物自旋电子物理研究拓展了新空间。
(4)在包括 Nature Communications, Science Advances,Physical Review Letters, Advanced Materials 在内的国际著名学术刊物上发表文章 300 余篇,被国内外同行引用 12000 余次,其中单篇文章最高引用 1200 余次,被引用 55 次以上的文章数目超过 55 篇。获2010 年北京市科学技术一等奖、2012 年国家自然科学二等奖、2014 年陈嘉庚技术科学奖。现为多家国际知名学术刊物审稿人,《Chinese Physics Letters》特约评审,《中国稀土学报》编委。
